Digital humans: Workshop for the National Council of Commercial Economics Programs

Digital humans have been mentioned in trend reports for several years, but how can this technology be used effectively for marketing activities? In the workshop, we discussed answers to this question. Research findings and best practices were shared, and a live demonstration of a digital human for customer service was given. Participants discovered how digital humans can permanently transform interactions between brands and consumers and can create value.
