A best practice sharing presentation to an international audience during the 2023 U!reka conference in Amsterdam whereby Adriaan van Nieuwkerk and Sjoukje Elsma provided insights into:

- The effectiveness of COIL projects within the Personal Development course focusing on 1st year undergraduate students
- The organization and positioning of COIL projects within the Amsterdam School of International Business International Business Curriculum.
- A qualitative analysis conducted of student reflection reports during the acadmic year 2022/2023 focusing on the impact COIL projects have on student experience.
