Description
In 2022, Leiden European City of Science presented a 365 days science festival for anyone with a curious mind, with the overall aim to connect science with society. As a European pilot project, we paved the way for a brand new tradition. As a creative team, we experimented with new ways of public engagement with science: out of the ivory towers and into the neighbourhoods of the city. Now, we will share our experiences, results and lessons learned with you.We are pleased to share with you our recent Hybrid Expert Meeting (23 june 2023).

We are proud to present a KEYNOTE lecture by the international renown strategist, consultant, and thought leader Michael Peter Edson. Michael presented his bird-eye view on Leiden2022 in the context of international developments in Open Science, Science Communication, and Public Engagement.
