The development of the Binnenstadscampus (BG- campus) is currently in the preparation phase. This means that the conditions for the tender still have to be decided and integrated in the tender. This is where a decision-making tool can help. Conditions in the tender will have an effect on the different stakeholders. How the stakeholders value the various options is unknown for the client. To decide on the conditions in the tender, a Multi-Actor Multi-Criteria Analysis (MAMCA) may be useful (see: www.mamca.be). You are participating in this workshop to test if the MAMCA is a useful tool for tenders and construction logistics. This workshop is part of the CIVIC- project (www.civic-project.eu).
