It includes a web app for uploading or recording sessions, a backend that handles speech recognition, speaker identification, and summarisation, and an evaluation component that measures transcription quality. The system is designed for public-sector use, supports scalable infrastructure, and can run fully on local servers. It is an open project intended for reuse by other public organisations.
