The STROOM project explores how Dutch municipalities can use the Environment and Planning Act to support climate-resilient urban densification. Through case studies, design ateliers, and stakeholder reflection, it examines how water and soil systems can be better integrated into infill development, resulting in practical guidance and success factors for climate-adaptive urban planning practice.
