Description

As part of a summer school programme for students from Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, we hosted a session showcasing the activities of our Centre for Market Insights. During this session, we presented our ongoing research in the fields of artificial intelligence and marketing technology, with a particular focus on their application in retail environments. The programme also included a live demonstration of a social robot, illustrating how such emerging technologies are being explored for customer interaction and in-store engagement
