Two bachelor students (Nutrition and Dietetics) developed hypocaloric pescatarian food concepts with different amounts of dairy which contain 25g protein per meal and all the essential amino acids. They interviewed five older adults about these concepts and about their usual eating habits and views on a more plant-based diet.
