Training students for the Africa Millimeter Telescope Mobile Planetarium

Description

A 2 week visit to Namibia to train new students for the Africa Millimeter Telescope Mobile Planetarium project. The training included technical, astronomy content and pedagogical training. The AMT Mobile Planetarium project is part of the Africa Millimeter Telescope project, a joint project between various partners and led by the Radboud University (Nijmegen) and UNAM (Windhoek, Namibia). The Mobile Planetarium visits schools in Namibia to inspire learners to choose STEM subjects.
