this dataset contains before, after and fu data in Dutch on building competencies during a training on working with risk assesssment on child unsafety and self-confidence on how to discuss and handle situations on child unsafety with families.Trainees were child welfare professionals (in Dutch: professionals in jeugdhulp en jeugdbescherming) who attended several variants of a training program.
