Abstract
In dit rondetafelgesprek verkennen we de kerncompetenties voor de mbo-docent van de toekomst: vakinhoudelijke expertise, pedagogisch-didactische vaardigheden en digitale integratie. De Fishbowlmethode bevordert een dynamische discussie waarin alle deelnemers hun visie kunnen delen. We richten ons ook op de rol van praktijkervaring.
