Abstract
In this Sociologie Magazine column, I reflect on intentional living, authenticity, and the limits of self-optimization. Drawing on Charles Taylor, I explore why becoming yourself is not a project of control or performance, but a relational and reflective process of discovering what is truly meaningful.
